2) If I don't really know what I want, can I still call?
Yes! Please call and talk to our perch designer. He will be happy to talk you through the design procedure.  Even if you haven't really considered what you might want, he knows all the questions to ask so the perch you design exactly fits your needs.

3) What information do you need for my order?
Check out our 'How to Order' page. All the information we might need is listed.

4) Where can I find you?
Check our dealers page for the stores we supply, and check our news reel for the farmers markets we are currently attending. Also, look out for cat shows in September and March, which will also be posted on our news reel.

5) Do you deliever?
Absolutely! The delievery charge is usually $10, up to $20 for the outlying regions of the city.

6) I live out of town. Can I still by a perch from you?
Yes! We have shipped perches to several locations in Canada, including the Yukon and Ontario! Our usual method is to ship through Greyhound busses, COD to the customer. We are open to other methods, if you prefer.

7) How long can I expect my perch to last?
Product lifetime depends largely on the cat. Two or three energetic cats can severely shorten the lifespan of any perch. Based on our experience, many perches we built in our first year, three years ago, are still functioning fine!

8) Do you do repairs?
Yes! We do repairs on our own perches, either for free or for a small charge to cover expenses, depending on the condition of the perch.
